COMPLAINTS CHANNEL

Entities based in Portugal, regardless of the sector, public, private or social, in accordance with Law 93/2021, of 20 December, which approved the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers (RGPDI)will implement a reporting channel that allows individuals to report an offence within the scope of their professional activity.

The whistleblowing channel makes it possible to submit internal or external complaints.

Internal complaints include verbal or written communications of information about reported offences within Atlântida.

External complaints are considered to be verbal or written communications of information about offences in matters in which Atlântida is the competent authority, under the terms and for the purposes of Article 12 of the GDPR.

Here you can safely report offences and acts of corruption or related offences, under the terms of the GDPR, as well as the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, approved by Decree-Law 109-E/2021 of 9 December.

This channel is a secure means of communication and allows complaints to be anonymised, essentially taking on a preventative nature and is based on a complaints management system designed to guarantee confidentiality throughout the process.

Thus, whistleblowers, as long as they comply with the conditions laid down in the GDPR, benefit from the protection afforded by law, namely the prohibition of retaliatory acts.

To make a complaint, you must access the Whistleblower Portal here or call the following number: +351 217208367.

The purpose of this portal is not to make complaints about services/products:

- Report suspicions of fraud, corruption or misconduct.

Any other matter that is not in line with our values and policies.

It is an important tool for promoting high ethical standards and maintaining your trust in us.

When to use the Whistleblowing service?

This service can be used to inform the Company of concerns about something that does not comply with our standards of ethics and values, and which could seriously affect the organisation, a person's life or health.

Whistleblowing can include information about criminal offences, irregularities or breaches of the law within a work context.

It is recommended that you provide proof of your suspicions, although this is optional. All messages must be sent in good faith.

The message will be handled securely.

You have the option of reporting completely anonymously.
